My cat won't eat, drink, walk, is vomiting bile. Is this an emergency?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 10 lbs

My (cat) is almost (5 years old) She hasn’t been eating, drinking, pooping, or peeing she is vomiting bile, can’t walk and this has been going on for 8 days I have to force feed (her) now what’s wrong with her?

Rosita sounds extremely sick, and without seeing her in person, I can't say what is going on. I can say that eight days is a long time for her to have these symptoms, and this is a medical emergency. You cannot treat this at home, you have to take her into a vet now or this can kill her.
