Why is my senior chihuahua limping, has a lump, and won't pee?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 15 years and 7 months old | 7 lbs

My 151/2 yr old chihuahua has been walking with one leg up for a while, and seemed painless, now she is developing a lump above knee of the same hindleg, and since this lump, she sleeps and sleeps doesnt get up for anything, rightnow she has not even got up to pee since 14hrs ago or more, I have to make her get up, when I let her be, she holds it in for ever

It sounds like Chacha needs to be examined by the veterinarian today. That lump is worrisome for inflammation, infection or even cancer. The not getting up to pee is concerning that she is in pain. Have her examined today, there is nothing you can do at home to help her and she needs medical attention. I hope this helps.
