What causes blisters on my dog's mouth after moving to a new home?

What could cause blisters around my dogs mouth? She's not showing any abnormal behaviour, but these blisters showed up today. We've just moved to a new house, so I'm not sure if there is something in the garden causing this. Nothing stood out to me, except I know there's cane toads here. She hasn't been sick and seems to be breathing normally. The blisters don't seem to be causing her pain. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | unspayed

Based on the picture, I would suspect something infectious such as a virus or bacterial infection. It could be a severe case of acne but it is a different presentation than I've seen before. I would recommend having this looked at by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. She may need to be on an oral antibiotic and topical ointment to treat this. I hope this helps!
