My unneutered male cat's cheeks are huge. Is this normal for him?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 10 lbs

My cat isn't fat but his cheeks are huge. I dont think its life threatening but im just wondering why its like that.

It is very difficult to assess from a photograph but unneutered male cats do tend to develop a very distinctive head shape. Any pain, soft swelling or reduced appetite should be checked by your vet
