This baby just group a bit of fur, is it ossicle to have fungus or is it just dry skin? Is it alright to apply tropical medicine on its ear that is usually used by my other adult rabbit? It’s just a week old though and all my other pets are mites free

It is either ringworm (fungus) or some type of parasite (like mites). Just because the others don't have mites does not mean it is not mites. Some mites are not contagious. I really have no idea what diseases are prevalent in rabbits in Malayasia. You can certainly use the topical medicine from your other rabbit to see if it helps. If it doesn't then you will have to try something else.
