My senior dog is hacking, wheezing, and throwing up. What's wrong?

My dog has been coughing, mostly like a hacking sound like he’s trying to get something out of his throat. He has been wheezing too. Last week he also threw up his food. I’m unsure about his age but I’ve had him for 10 years and I’m worried about him. Does this sound like anything specific? Pet's info: Dog | Puggle | Male | neutered | 100 lbs
