Is my cat's dry nose normal if he's eating, drinking, and playing?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 3 months and 22 days old | 12.4 lbs

My cat Jackson but we call him Jax, has had a dry nose for 2 days and I am wondering what it means and what to do, he is playing and eating and drinking

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Jackson. I recommend monitoring if he is eating, drinking and playing. Make sure that he is not sneezing and does not have nasal discharge. If so, these are reasons to see his veterinarian. If the nose cracked and/or bleeding, then he needs to see his veterinarian as well. Otherwise a dry nose does not typically mean anything specific. I hope this information helps!
