My kitten is dehydrated and vomiting Pedialyte. What's the next step?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 3 months and 24 days old

My 5 month kitten is severely dehydrated i'm giving him pedialyte but he drinks some with syringe and then vomits some of it .what should be the dosage please tell me and my vet said that he would not give him intravenous fluid because it is not suitable please tell me what to de now i'm very very worried how to feed him pedialyte and how to make him not vomit somw of it he is severely dehydrated

Jack should have IV fluids if he's severely dehydrated and can't keep down the pedialyte. You need to take him back into another vet now. He needs IV fluids because he cannot keep anything down, as well as anti-nausea medication.
