I live in a country where there are dogs in the street everywhere would it be safe to adopt a puppy from the street. and touch it to take it to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male

There is no way for us to be able to tell you with 100% certainty that it would be safe to catch/touch/adopt a street dog. If the dog is not aggressive you can try to catch it and then take it to a vet for an exam and vaccines. The vet can give you more information about how to proceed from there. The biggest concern is you getting bitten by a stray dog that may have rabies.
