My cat is throwing up and has marks on her face. What's going on?

Can anyone tell me what happened to my cat? I can see three marks on her face & also she vomited 2 times from tomorrow. I am attaching photos of her marks & vomit.

These things may be unrelated. Annia could have a GI illness or may have eaten something rotten causing the vomiting, while the spots on her face could be from an injury or skin infection. Have her seen by a vet for both these problems.

Unless the oily substance was a toxin and absorb through the skin it is likely nothing that would cause the vomiting. It is more likely that she ingested something while she was outside that caused gastrointestinal upset. There is always the chance that she may have eaten foreign material which could be causing the problem. If she only vomited the one time and is her normal self I would not worry too much and just monitor her for now. If she continues to vomit, becomes lethargic or does not want to eat her food then I would recommend taking her into a Veterinary Clinic to be examined and to have further testing performed such as blood work and x-rays. My female persian cat Sia aged 1.5 years suddenly puked clear yellowish brown 4 times within a range of 4 hours or so. She also had loose motion. Can you please help with best steps? I am attaching a photo of the vomit.
It sounds as Sia is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

1yr old siamese/ mixed female cat , spayed, rabies vaccinated, 9-17. No signs of anything wrong this morning but by 3:00 pm she came inside after a short walk outside growling at the others inside, and myself. She has no traumas or bleeding. Vomited
A change in behavior could be from pain or anxiety. Vomiting could have a range of causes, including hairballs, food allergy, eating too fast, GI blockage, intestinal parasites, etc. I would give her some time to calm down. If she is still acting odd or continues vomiting or has a poor appetite, I would definitely have her examined by the vet.

Neesa has lumps on her back that are seeping she has been sick once
It could be a severe skin infection or an acute allergic reaction. I would recommend a vet check up so that she can get some treatment on board. These reactions can be quite painful and cause itchiness. Vomiting could also be a sign of allergic reaction, leave water down but no food until you see your vet. I would arrange a visit this morning, if possible.

Why is my cat gagging, coughing and vomiting so much the last few days?
Hi, thanks for your question. It's unusual to see vomiting and coughing at the same time, although it's possible. Typically, though, the cat is just retching and nothing is coming up. It's likely, especially if your cat is bringing up stomach contents from time to time, that this is solely a GI problem. Vomiting can have a number of causes. Depending on how old your cat is, whether it goes outside, etc, one possibility might be more likely than another. Here are some possibilities: parasites, food intolerance/dietary indiscretion (eating something that made her sick), exposure to a toxin, a blockage either in the stomach or intestines, kidney disease, liver disease, diseases of the pancreas, inflammatory bowel disease, and cancer. As you can see these are all very different diseases. Your vet can help you figure you what's going on with a good physical exam and some tests, probably blood work and x-rays to start with. Get your cat seen as soon as you can.

my cat is 3 years old she keeps throwing up white stuff I switched to canned food last night thought that might help her she ate a little bit last night but didn't touch nothing today
Poor kitty! This vomiting could be due to intestinal worms, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, GI illness, or a foreign body. Make sure she is up to date on her deworming treatments, and give her one if she is not. Given that she was throwing up yesterday and today, and now isn't eating today, the time has passed to try a home remedy, and she needs to see a vet as soon as possible. The vet can diagnose what is causing her symptoms, and can treat her for it. Please take her into a vet now.

My cat has an eye infection and she threw up 2 days in a row. She keeps pawing at her eye. Also, one day, she threw up like nothing and the next there was brown stuff with hair
Poor Miss Kitty! It sounds like there are two things going on with her, the eye infection and whatever is causing her to vomit. The eye infection is clearly causing her pain and distress because she is pawing at the eye, and she could damage her eye with her claws. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it is an emergency as leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Her vomiting could be caused by a stomach illness, foreign body, dietary indiscretion, inflammatory bowel disease, and metabolic disease among many other causes. She really needs to see a vet now for both of these issues, and I urge you to take her into a vet immediately to get treated. I hope this helps.

Would like some advice on a friends cat, it has patchy bald patches on its sides, it vomits n every now n then let's out high pitched calls as if in pain. Lately the cat has not been using the cat litter tray
This is enough concerning things to warrant a trip to the veterinarian. The hair loss may be due to allergies, to fleas or food, or environmental contaminants. The vomiting could be related to hair loss or food allergy and the vocalization can certainly indicate pain. She may have a number of conditions, including a urinary tract infection, always suspect when their toilet habits change abruptly. The best first step is going to see the vet for an exam and labwork. based on those results, the vet will be better able to determine the reason for the cat's illness and get her started on the correct treatment.

Nala is a lovely girl! Her cheek could be swollen due to a dental problem such as a tooth root abscess, or a broken or rotten tooth, and the discomfort from that could cause her to scratch her chin a lot. She could be vomiting from unchewed pain; she won't be chewing her food properly due to dental pain. This isn't contagious, and Nala should see a vet in the morning for her symptoms. The vet can diagnose what is causing them and how best to treat them. If she does have a dental problem, she would likely benefit from a cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
