My dog has a bleeding stye on his eyelid. What should I do now?

Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | neutered | 11 lbs

My dog has a stye on his eye lid and it's bleeding. I cleaned it with a paper towel but I'm not sure if I should do anything else.

Although a picture of the injury would help to give you a specific answer, I would strongly recommend to have the eye checked by your local vet as soon as possible to confirm diagnosis and have the best treatment options. Antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops may be needed.

    If he is unable to open his eye then he should be checked immediately. this can be a sign of an ulcer from rubbing it or getting something in it. It is a sign of pain. The sooner it gets check the better his chance to heal and not have vision loss
