Is cat vomiting normal after neuter surgery with a heart murmur?

My male cat willow recently been spayed 3 days ago and today he has thrown up 2 times today and I’m worried is this normal or should I do sum thing and he is 3 years old and has a heart murmur. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 7 months old | 10 lbs
