My dog fell off the bed and injured her foot. Does she need a vet?

Hi My dog fell off of bed and injured her foot. No swelling just pain and won't walk on it. Should Intake her in to vet or just give it time to heal. It's been 24 hours and still very sensitive. Please let me know what to do. Thanks! Tom. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 10 months and 22 days old | 50 lbs

Hi, I think it is better to have Tina’s foot checked over. If she is putting some wieight on the leg, it is unlikely that there is a fracture. However if it is still sensitive after 24 hours, it will probably benefit from pain relief or anti inflammatories to speed up healing. Hope this helps !
