Dog hit in eye by treat. What are signs of a scratched cornea?

Please help- I accidentally dropped a chicken jerkey treat (that was cut into a square piece so the edges were kind of sharp?) on my dog’s eye!! She acts fine, like it never happened, but I’m worried.. would she already be showing signs of a scratched cornea by now if it hurt her eye?? Is her eye going to be ok since she isn’t showing any symptoms?! Or should I take her to the vet?! What can happen?! Like she isn’t acting like her eye is hurt but will she still go blind? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 18 lbs

If her cornea was scratched Kale would be squinting or acting like her eye is painful. After time the eye can appear red or have discharge present. I would guess that this didn’t injure her, but if you see the signs listed above you should see your vet.
