Neutered cat not sleeping and still humping: Is this normal?

My male cat willow has just been neutered and hasn’t slept since the operation, he also has a heart murmur and is 2 years old and had the heart murmur his whole life, he is also constantly trying to hump his sister. It's concerning that Willow hasn't sleep since the operation but if he just had it today, that's not too worrying. You need to keep him separated from his sister, he has to rest fully in order to recover and heal correctly.
