Accidentally gave my dog carprofen early. Should I call the vet?

I accidentally gave 15 lb. Dog 25 mg carprofen 6 hours too early. Should I take him back to the vet? He's only had 2 pills since his vet appointment. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 6 years and 2 months old
