Why does my cat cry loudly every morning at 6 AM and wake me?

My cat jordan is a very stubborn cat sometimes... i kno cats normally be up at night but she sleeps through the night... the problem is every morning at 6am she cries loudly and because of it im losing sleep or have trouble sleeping .. so my question is why do she do that every morning? Pet's info: Cat | European Shorthair | Female | spayed | 12 years and 1 month old
