I have a Maltese Shih Tzu puppy, about 4-5 months old. He's very tiny, doesn't seem to grow much, very skinny and always hungry. I have worked him a few times on time. He's tired a lot and does terrible greasy poos.

I recommend you have Nugget examined by the veterinarian. Have them check his liver values, pancreatic values and check for intestinal parasites. While dogs who are abnormally small could still be healthy, issues like liver shunts, parasites and pancreatic insufficiency could also cause the same symptoms. Best to have him checked out.
