What's the best grain dog food for my dog recently diagnosed with epilepsy?

Hello, My name is Kyle Ebeling, and my 3 year old Catahoula leopard dog Rhyo was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. My wife and I took him to a neurologist and they suggested changing his food but did not give a recommendation as to what to change it to, just something with grain in it NOT GRAIN FREE. From what I'm researching online, most food right now is grain free. Can you give me some advice as to what brand/s I should be looking at now that my dog is epileptic? Pet's info: Dog | Catahoula Leopard Dog | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 72 lbs
