My cat has a severe burn and swollen eye. Can I treat it at home?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 lbs

My cat got burned my a wired and has 3rd degree burn the vet gave us antibiotics to give him but it’s been like a month and he is not getting better we even got betadine for his burn to heal but he still smells terrible and now his eye is swollen shut is there anything I can do at home to make him feel more comfortable?

No, this cannot be treated at home at this point in time. I'm very concerned that Manley's eye is swollen shut. Any eye problem is an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. He needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
