My dog has a sore that looks like a cold sore on his snout and has a swollen lymph node. I am waiting for a biopsy result. What could it be?

This looks like a histiocytoma tumor but it is impossible for me to know for sure. It could be any type of tumor or an aggressive inflammatory reaction (allergy). I suggest you wait for the test results before you get too worried.
