Why is my French Bulldog not eating after her friend left?

Berry is 2 years old French bulldog. 4 days ago her friend shih-tzu has been moved to different place for whelping and now is mommy of 3 pups. Since 4 days Frenchie isn't showing interest in any food other than hardly a piece of bread and 100ml milk. I used to give her chicken, liver and eggs with rice twice daily and she used to finish it in no time. Today i gave her deworming pill an hour ago. She is 22lbs approx. 11kg. Please help. Hi, apart from tempting her to eat I think it is important to establish if she is not well. She could be running a temperature, or have a subtle infection, I would exclude this first and if all is well I would try to help her as she might be feeling a bit anxious without her friend. Hope this makes sense.
