My Shih Tzu is vomiting, has bloody diarrhea, and bleeding from rear. What now?

My ShihTzu have been vomiting, have dark diarrha, no appetite, sleeping alot, now she blooding from rear. I gave her a tablespoon of pink bismuth. She stopped all the symptoms stopped for 2-3 hours and then they returned. I tired to give her some white rice but she refused. What else can I do?
