I want to Know if the 2 months puppy has rabies and if that time he bites someone during playing or something else. it s compulsory to die the puppy in 10 days ? If not died then the puppy is not rabid ? And not spread the virus ? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 5 months and 21 days old | 4.5 lbs

Correct - if a dog is still alive and not showing any neurologic symptoms 10 days after a bite incident, then you can be certain that it was not carrying rabies in its salivary glands at the time of the bite.
