How to get my dog to pee indoors when I'm not home for hours?

My dog will urinate outside during walks only n not like other dogs who would do when required at home only.she holds her pee for hours n never pee even if it's more than 8 hrs.it can lead to infection n stones.i hv to go for 9-7 job n so how to make her urinate in my absence at home only on her own?she is very sweet only problem is holding her urine for many hours.plz tell how to make her urinate within house.she wants smell n hv tried doing many things at home but failed to bring those smells. I have had several clients with dogs that had this same problem . What worked for them really well is a product called Fresh Patch, which is essentially just a square of grass that sits in a cardboard box. I find that this product works very well for getting dogs to go to the bathroom on grass and outdoors for training. I would see if there is something similar in India or if they ship to India. If not, then I would recommend installing a dog door at the house or something and see if that helps.
