My Pomeranian has new brown spots on his belly. Should I be concerned?

Hello Could you kindly help me I have submitted a photo of these brown spots on my Pomeranians billy he has four of them which recently has appeared. It does not bother him and he does not scratch it! I am terrified please help. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 11 lbs
