Found a kitten with things on its back. Are they worms or fleas?

Okay so I found this kitty today roaming our house. He is maybe more than 1 months old. What i need is that doc what these things are? This are not normal round worms or tape worms right? They got out from his back. Please help.

Cute kitty! These look like they could be flea larvae. You could give this kitty a bath using a mild cat shampoo and then apply a flea preventative. You also might want to have your veterinarian examine this kitten to make sure it is healthy in general and to discuss routine deworming and vaccines.
