My 3-month-old puppy has itchy skin. Why isn't medicated shampoo working?

Hello I have a puppy in my home 3months old and it'd having kind of itchy skin and used petben shampoo as suggested by vetinerian but still it not the issue fixed and also applied drez skin lotion still no improvement in the skin. Kindly suggest a medicine for the same. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 8 lbs

The medicated shampoo must have contact time. You need to lather it on and then leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. You also need to be bathing in this fashion every 2-3 days until the skin is looking better. Skin issues like this take a few weeks to clear up so you won't see an immediate response.
