Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years old | 55 lbs
My dog hasn’t kept her food down for 2 days now. She’s acting normal, her poop and pee are normal, she’s drinking water, just throwing up anything she consumes. Could she have Parvo, or just ate something bad?

Just like humans, pets can vomit for many reasons including parvo, eating something she shouldn't have, parasites, toxins or an intestinal blockage (which can be fatal). because some of these reasons can be very serious and because it has been going on tor 2 days, I recommend to have Kenzie examined first thing tomorrow morning. She needs treatment to fix what ever is causing the vomiting and at this point, she may have some dehydration or electrolyte imbalance issues. Any pet vomiting beyond 48 hours needs to be examined. I hope she feels better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.
