Why is my dog sick with diarrhea and weak legs after aspirin?

My dog hurt her leg the other day while we were sleeping. Looked a little swollen and so we gave her some aspirin. Today she has diarrhea and her back legs are weak. She wont eat or leave the bed. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 60 lbs

Aspirin can cause stomach upset even when given at an appropriate dose, so it's possible that this is the reason for the diarrhea. I'm worried however that Roxanne's back legs seem weak. I'd recommend having her examined by a veterinarian. There are some diseases that can cause swelling and pain in multiple joints, or she could seem weak from dehydration.
