Why is my lizard head-banging, digging, and suddenly aggressive?

My lizard keeps banging her head of of the bottom of her cage and has gotten Aggressive today, she is also digging

Thanks for reaching out about Penny and including photos. Head bobbing can be a result of aggressive/territoriality but maybe also a sign of other problems such as pain. Does her abdomen appears distended? Possibly eggs or constipated? Is she eating? Check and correct water quality for temperature, humidity, UVB exposure and diet. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Good luck.
