My dog is lethargic after treats, vet said fine. What should I do?

I bought my dog some dog treats yesterday, a little later she lost apetite and had green diarrhea, then ate a little food and went to sleep, today in the morning, she was crying, I saw she couldnt get up, she tried to but her legs mostly her back were shaking, I took her to the vet and he said she was fine, likely was poisoned and gave me some vitamins to give her later in the day, when we got home she began walking a little but now she looks lethargic. I am worried, what do I do? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 7 months old

Poor Luna! She may benefit from intravenous fluids. Have you veterinarian check some bloodwork to see if her liver or kidneys were affected. You may also ask your veterinarian if pain medication would be beneficial. Without being able to examine Luna myself, it's difficult to know how best to advise you.
