Will my kitten's hair regrow after scabies treatment, and how long?

Hi, My kitten has got 2 symmetrical bald patches between ears and eyes. Vet said it could be Scabies and has suggested a shampoo and a lime sulphur dip to apply on patches. I am following the treatment but want to know if the hair will regrow at the bald patches? If yes, how long will it take? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 17 days old | 1.3227735731 lbs

If your veterinarian is correct about the diagnosis and you follow the direction, the hair should start regrowing in 6-8 weeks once all the mites are dead. Sometimes the hair can grow earlier. If it's past 8 weeks, have Pista examined again. Please feel free to post any additional questions.
