Will my kitten's hair regrow after scabies treatment, and how long?

Hi, My kitten has got 2 symmetrical bald patches between ears and eyes. Vet said it could be Scabies and has suggested a shampoo and a lime sulphur dip to apply on patches. I am following the treatment but want to know if the hair will regrow at the bald patches? If yes, how long will it take?

If your veterinarian is correct about the diagnosis and you follow the direction, the hair should start regrowing in 6-8 weeks once all the mites are dead. Sometimes the hair can grow earlier. If it's past 8 weeks, have Pista examined again. Please feel free to post any additional questions.
