Why is my dog having recurring nosebleeds from both nostrils?

My dog is having a nose bleed out of both nostrils, this is the third time and they take a while to calm down. She also sneezes which makes more come out. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 26.5 lbs
