Can I use trazodone and acepromazine for my aggressive dog's flight anxiety?

For flying with my dogs, can I use BOTH trazodone and acepromazine to calm his anxiety and fully sedate him? He is aggressive. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 42 lbs
