Why is my green cheek conure breathing heavily only when I hold her?

My green cheeked conure has been occasionally making heavy, loud breathing sounds. Not all the time, but lately she just started doing it randomly, especially when I hold her. She acts normal when she's playing in her cage and there's no mucus around her nose, so ik very confused on this new sound she's making. Can you help? Pet's info: Bird | Conure | Female
