My puppy is vomiting and won't eat after deworming. What to do?

Hello just wanted to know what we should and could do if we just had to deworm all four of our puppies. Monday we bought them the chewables to get rid of round worms all of them was fine than playing and very active all the way up until this morning my female puppy Ms lady started vomiting three times and now won't eat or drink or even play she's not active and her nose is not wet its dry. I'm concerned about Miss Lady. I'm worried that there is something else going on with her, like a GI illness. If it was caused by the deworming treatment, you would have seen symptoms around Monday. Given that she is vomiting, won't eat or drink, and won't play, she should see a vet immediately.
