Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 11 years and 2 months old | 15 lbs
My 11 year old cat is lethargic, his 3rd eyelid is often halfway covering his eyes, he has no energy and he eats and drinks very little. He went to vet and they did pull bloodwork. Nothing out of ordinary. They cleaned his teeth and removed a canine that had broken off. Gave him IV fluids. That was Tuesday. Today is Sunday and he is back to sleeping all day, barely moving and only eats or drinks if I put it in front of him. I’m at a loss and my vet doesn’t seem to know what else to look for.

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Jazz. I'n sorry that he's so sick. I see that he's an older cat. I'm concerned that he could have something serious like cancer causing his symptoms. Unfortunately cancer, depending on the type, doesn't always show abnormalities in blood work. He sounds very sick at the moment, and I think he needs to go back to the vet now for further tests such as x-rays or an ultrasound, and possibly repeat blood work. Please take him into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
