I think my dog may have parvo. Now i jus got her first set of shots yesterday morning and she’s 2 months. She was perfectly fine she was running around, playing, everything. then all of a sudden around 10pm she threw up then a hour or so she threw up 2 more times and her poop was jus fine now diarrhea or anything then it became diarrhea. now it has a little red in it and im kinda freaking out. she was a little lethargic but this morning she’s running, playing and drinkin water like herself

You will need to get her to a vet for a parvo test as soon as you can. The sooner treatment is started the better her chance at recovering. If she has parvo it is not from the vaccination. She was probably already infected. The incubation period is about 6-14 days. It would be a coincidence that it happened after the vaccination.
