Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 3 months old | 9 lbs
My cat was prescribed 50 mg amoxicillin but the pharmacy gave me 250 mg capsules. how do I safely dose this?

You cannot if they are capsules. It is best to return to the pharmacy and get the correct dosage. If they don't have the correct size in capsules then they can give you a liquid that can be dosed properly.
