My puppy has a growing bump on her head. When should I see a vet?

My puppy was playing outside all day a couple days ago and she developed a bump on the back of her head and it looks like it’s bigger today... we are worried she hit it. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs
