Why is my senior unspayed dog vomiting, lethargic, and not eating?

Hello, i am really sad. My dog was ok untill 3 days ago when he suddenly vomited and after that started getting lethargic and vomiting water everytime after drinking it, also refuses to eat, slighlty unstable on walking. My dog is older than 10 years. Please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Lola is extremely sick. I see that she is unspayed, and her symptoms could be caused by a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. You have to take her into a vet immediately.
