Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 10 months old
Hi. I have a 6-7 year old lhasa apso who I'm starting to believe is experiencing vision problems. I woke up with my small dog sleeping above my head, near top of the pillow. She then started walking around the bed, which looked like she was looking for a comforting spot. I tried to hold her down, noticing she's shaking and looks frighten. I took her to the living room to feed her a banana, but I noticed she wasn't looking at it instead she walked thru and around my legs to make sure I'm with her

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Bailey. I recommend that she sees a veterinarian today to have her vision assessed. Any sudden loss of vision is worrisome. There are a variety of of causes of this including cataracts from diabetes, a condition known as SARDS, retinal detachment or a neurologic disease. I hope this information helps!
