Is it normal for my cat to cry and change behavior after moving?

Question

two months ago i lived in a different state and my cat wouldnt cry or any when i go out or go to work now that i moved back to were i came from my cat wakes up around the same time every morning and cry to go up stairs and cries when i go out ... is that normal for cats to change behavior in different environments. Pet's info: Cat | European Shorthair | Female | spayed | 12 years old

I wouldn't say this is necessarily a common phenomenon but it is possible Jordan knows where he is and thinks of this home as his 'home territory' and is most comfortable here. Some cats are very territory oriented. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
