Puppy's penis swollen from littermate sucking. What should I do?

I have puppies that are 5 weeks old - the other pups are sucking on the ones pups penis it is very swollen and elongated with a raw red tip to it - I have separated him but need to know what cream I can use to reduce the swelling and get the penis to its normal size. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 1 month and 1 day old

I would avoid placing anything on the swelling as it may aggravate it further. Keeping it clean and dry may help, however if it is so swollen it is impeding Blazer's ability to urinate, it is best to seek veterinary care immediately.
