How can you tell if your dogs twisted his tummy. Drank water too fast. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 5 years and 8 months old | 44 lbs

Typically you are going to have a sick dog on your hands that will be panting, vomiting, lethargic, etc. The only way to confirm this though would be with abdominal x-rays.
