My turtle is unconscious and not eating after hot water. What to do?

Hello i have turtle and he is unconscious this time and doing very rare movement. He was in aquarium and water went up to high temperature because of water heater. May be he was badly injured due to this and he also not eating any food after this happened. Please suggest me how to cure him to the best possible and revive him.

Thanks for reaching out about your turtle. Removed from the water to a dry enclosure with a warm towel, to prevent drowning. A veterinary visit this morning is highly recommended, as the high water temperatures have probably caused some internal thermal damage, maybe brain swelling. Anti-inflammatories and possible medications to decrease brain swelling. This is an emergency by your description. Good luck.
