My puppy isn't pooping after diarrhea and antibiotics, is this normal?

My 3.5 month old puppy isn't pooping since One day. She is peeing but not pooping. Till yesterday she was having diarrhea. We got her checked by vet, and got her antibiotics and electrolytes. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

Not pooping for one day is not really a problem. They can go quite a few days without pooping and it is not necessarily a problem. The antibiotics can slow down the intestines which is probably why she is not pooping. Do not worry about it unless she seems to be trying to poop but nothing is coming out.
