Why does my sensitive American Bully have skin bumps after daycare?

I have a 1 yr old American Bully - Drako. He has very sensitive skin so he breaks out to almost anything. But what I have seen tonight is new. He has no fleas that I know of. He attends daycare 1 maybe 2 times a week and it’s mainly all outside. I wanted to know what these bumps are. Heat rash possibly?

Hello, thank you for using PetCoach. These could be black fly bites (see the link below) but they could also be ecchymosis which can be very serious (again, see below). Another option would be an allergic reaction. I really think you should have a vet check him out to be on the safe side.
