French Bulldog: red testicles after fall & diarrhea from PetArmor?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 24 days old | 20 lbs

My French Bulldog’s testicles are red. They aren’t swollen. He fell in the hole of our corn hole board and I’m not sure if he scraped them on the wood edge or if this is something more. I also (against my better judgement) gave him half a dose of petarmor plus last night and he started having diarrhea last night.

Hello , thank you for using PetCoach. The testicles do look red/irritated. He may very well have scraped them. You will need to put a cone collar on him to prevent him from licking them. You can also purchase this hydrogel spray (linked below) and apply that twice daily. It should heal easily with this regimen. I know everyone hates the cone collar but if he starts licking the skin it will not heal no matter what you apply on it. Just as a side note, that is not the best flea/tick prevention. I would suggest you get something better and safer either from your vet or you can get something over the counter like this Seresto collar.
